Do you do Custom Orders? TOP

Absolutely!  I actually love to do custom orders.  I enjoy the challenge of finding the right pieces, and bringing your vision to life.  I find custom orders help me think outside of my box.  So it helps me grow as a designer.  So please ask!

What is your refund policy? TOP

I truly enjoy what I do, and hope that my craft will bring you joy.  If for some reason you are not satisfied please contact me immediately. I will generally refund within 30 days of purchase, but do ask that you notify me as soon as possible when there is a problem.  I have rarely had to refund money because I can usually adjust, or create a different item that would satisfy my customers better.  So please give me the chance to work with you until you are happy. 

Can I see your Jewelry in Person? TOP

Yes.  My studio is my home so I general do not do a showing here, but there are many options to see my jewelry in person.

1. I can set up a jewelry party for you and your closest friends.  I come to you, so you don't have to leave the comfort of your home and you get special bonuses for holding the party (i.e. free jewelry!)

2. I have an Events Calendar now on my site, check that frequently for shows I will be doing.  Most of these shows will be in the Maryland area though.

3. I can also do a one on one consultation.  I would love to be able to help match pieces of jewelry to your wardrobe, or special occasion. 

Do you sell your work at other online venues? TOP

Yes.  I am selling my jewelry on Etsy.  Which is a wonderful community for all things handmade!

Most of the things you find on my personal site here, you can find on Etsy too.  But you will not find everything on etsy.

Do you offer Wholesale? TOP

Yes!  Please inquire.  I will have a special log in area for wholesale account soon.  I love wholesale orders, and have a boutique in California selling my rings because of it.  I also have a boutique in the Carolina's that bought my rings wholesale.  I would love to help you.

How can I Become an Affiliate? TOP

Currently I am not offering an Affiliate program.  Although we have added a lot of new features for 2010 this is another feature we hope to have soon.  Please check back soon.

Do you Offer a Print Catalog? TOP

We do not offer a print catalog.  The reason is, 99% of our jewelry is one of a kind.  So by the time we have a catalog printed our inventory would be different again.
